  • Thank you for your financial support of Creggs Rugby. The purpose of this draw is to raise funds for developing and enhancing the facilities at Creggs Rugby Club.
  • The Promoter of this draw is Creggs Rugby Club all funds raised from the lottery are for the future development and enhancing the facilities at Creggs Rugby Club.
  • Tickets sold for this lottery draw shall be limited to 20,000 tickets. A Lottery Licence has been obtained from Roscommon District court on 2nd November 2021.
  • There is no limit to the number of tickets which an individual may purchase for the Lottery.
  • The cost of entry to the draw shall be €20 each, 3 for €50 and 7 for €100. Only those who have purchased an official ticket for entry to the draw will be eligible for a prize. Tickets will not be sold to a person under the age of 18. Any ticket held or prize claimed by a person under the age of 18 will not be deemed valid and prizes will not be awarded.
  • This Lottery is governed by the laws of Ireland.
  • Tickets are non-refundable except where the competition is cancelled. In that event, a full refund will be given.
  • A ticket is issued and valid upon receipt of full payment and contact details provided. No responsibility can be accepted by Creggs Rugby Club for entries or payments not received for whatever reason.
  • The winner will be contacted using the detail provided on the ticket of entry within 5 days from the date of selection. A condition of entry is that their identity and location (town, county or country) shall be publicised on the acceptance of the prize. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and any images that may be taken at the prize-giving/hand-over, in any publicity material. The winner(s) agree to the publication and any consents required to comply with GDPR/Data Protection legislation are deemed to have been given on the purchase of a ticket for entry to the draw.
  • Any personal data relating to any non-winning entrant will be used solely in accordance with GDPR and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • Creggs Rugby Club, the organising Committee and its agents reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any other event outside of the Organisers control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants. The Terms and Conditions herein set out are at all times governed by the Laws of the Republic of Ireland.
  • Creggs Rugby Club reserves the right to add any additional prizes/promotions to the competition. Each ticket purchased by the date of the respective draw will be eligible for additional prizes as and when they are announced. Any additional non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The operation of the draw and the conduct of the selection of the winning ticket on the draw date shall be independently observed and scrutinised by an independent adjudicator chosen by Creggs Rugby Club and its organising committee.
  • The draw for first prize will be held in public at Creggs Rugby Grounds on 17th April 2022 at 8pm or an alternative venue which will be communicated on the website win50000euro.com and associated social media channels. It is also intended that the draw will be streamed live via Facebook. The draw will observe all covid regulations in line with public health guidelines and regulations in force.
  • By purchasing an entry, the entrant is confirming his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The first prize is a choice of the following; new VW ID4, new Toyota Hilux or €50,000 cash alternative. Exact specifications are available at www.win50000euro.com/prizes.  If the winner selects one of the vehicles, they will be ordered at that stage from the relevant supplier. If the winner selects the cash alternative, a bank draft will be issued to the value of €50,000. Information about all prizes in this draw can be found on www.win50000euro.com 
  • Should the winner select the vehicle prize, the vehicle will be ordered at the time of prize selection by the relevant supplier; John Keane & Sons Roscommon for the Volkswagon ID4 or Dermot Hughes Cars Roscommon for the Toyota Hilux. Creggs Rugby Club and/or its organising committee shall not be responsible for any delay with regard to lead time or availability of vehicles. The vehicle prize will be registered in the Republic of Ireland and is similar but not identical to the vehicle shown in the promotional images. If the winner selects the vehicle, he/she will be responsible for all legal and other costs involved in the registration of the vehicle, insurance, and motor taxation. Creggs Rugby Club and/or its organising committee shall not, in any circumstances, be responsible for the state of repair, condition, fitness for purpose etc. of the said motor vehicle. Neither Creggs Rugby Club, nor any member of the Executive Committee, nor the Trustees shall have any liability to the winner of the competition, in relation to any loss suffered due to any issues in the manufacturing and/or state and condition of the said vehicle. Creggs Rugby Club will have no direct or indirect financial interest in the vehicle and will be free from any encumbrance following the draw.
  • There will also be 5 additional monthly bonus draws. The prize and date for each bonus draw is as advertised on win50000euro.com. The monthly prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The bonus prizes is non-transferrable and vests in the winner only.
  • It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to provide up-to-date contact details as of the date of the draw being held. If the winner cannot be contacted or chooses not to claim the prize within 21 days of notification, the Prize will be forfeited. In this event, any subsequent draw will take place in accordance with these Terms and Conditions until a new winner is established.
  • Should the vehicle prize be selected, the winner must either provide for himself or herself, or a person nominated by him/her, a valid driving licence and proof of insurance prior to collection of the Prize.
  • All prizes are not transferable.
  • The decision of the Promoter as to the winner and validity of the entry is final and no correspondence with third parties will be entered into.
  • All disputes, differences and issues which at any time may arise between the purchaser of the ticket and organisers of the draw shall be referred to an independent arbitrator to be nominated by the Executive Committee of Creggs Rugby Club to determine the dispute, difference or issue.
  • Creggs Rugby Club will maintain books and records recording all entries into the competition and all costs relating to the competition. These will be held in compliance with Data Protection legislation. These will be audited by an independent adjudicator within 14 days of draw date.
  • Errors and Omissions Excepted. The Club and its servants, agents, licensees, trustees, directors, committee members or the organisers of the competition accepts no responsibility whatsoever whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission, interception or communications failure, for unreceived, late, missing, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected claims, entries, applications, memberships or otherwise.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Raffle in whole or in part in the Promoter’s sole discretion.
  • The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Raffle is final.
